Christmas at Hemlock

Kate and I went away for Xmas and stayed at the beautiful Mt Woodside B&B for the 22nd and 23rd of Dec. I would highly recommend it, Dave and Ruth were amazing hosts, and the breakfasts were killer.
We scored some amazing snow at Hemlock for two days. There were tiny lift lines and amazing deep dry snow. We were spoiled with runs that mimic cat skiing quality.

Powder Mountain Cat Skiing

I finally forked out the cash and went Cat Skiing. The company I went through was Powder Mountain up near Whistler. The day was epic. Amazing light dry snow and generally really good light conditions. Got to ride some wide open bowls, some great trees and some good tight chutes. I think I'll have to try this once a year from now.
